Saachi Tiwari’s Inspiring Teenage Success
At just 17, Saachi Tiwari carries with her a journey that many would take decades to live. Originally from Bihar, her story took a turn when, at just five months old, she moved with her mother to Mumbai—the city where dreams meet determination.
From the age of three, Saachi was already facing cameras, balancing schoolbooks in one hand and scripts in the other. “Back then, I was too young to understand acting deeply,” she recalls with a smile. “But my mother guided me through every audition, every rehearsal. She’s been my biggest inspiration.”
It was her mother’s unwavering support that first led Saachi into the world of acting and dance. But her admiration for screen legends Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit fueled her passion even further. She still remembers the moment that lit the spark: watching Sridevi on television and turning to her mother to say, “I want to be on the big screen like her.” That single sentence became the foundation of her dream.
Saachi’s journey has been anything but ordinary. Alongside acting, she explored other skills—sketching, dancing, and even Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), where she went on to win a Gold Award. Her first Bollywood film appearance came with Rajjo, followed by Wazir, and her Hollywood debut was marked with The Hundred-Foot Journey. On television, she has played diverse roles, from Riddhi in Vighnaharta Ganesh to Anmol Chaudhary in Kaisa Hai Yeh Rishta Anjana, and later in Prem Leela. Her work has reached audiences far and wide—even in the rural corners of Bihar, where she is now recognized and admired.
Behind her achievements lies the silent strength of her parents. While Saachi was too young to fully understand the sacrifices being made, she knows her parents faced many struggles to support her dreams. “My mother always made sure I stayed focused on my studies while chasing my passion,” she says, acknowledging the balance that shaped her.
Her achievements are already impressive—winning the prestigious Dangal Award for Kaise Hai Yeh Rishta Anjana, where she received the highest public votes, is one highlight she cherishes deeply. And yet, her eyes are firmly set on the future. “I dream of seeing myself on the big screen. Even after that dream comes true, I want to continue entertaining audiences and growing as an actor.”
For Saachi, every milestone—big or small—is a victory. While she hopes to one day walk the red carpet at the IIFA Awards or hold the iconic ‘Black Lady’ Filmfare Award, her true pride lies in the journey itself.
As she looks ahead, Saachi has a message for today’s youth—one deeply rooted in her mother’s wisdom:
“Never give up on your big dreams. Failures are not the end; they are lessons. Learn from them, improve yourself, and move forward with determination and self-belief. That’s what will take you the farthest.”
At 17, Saachi Tiwari is still at the beginning of her journey. But with her talent, resilience, and the fire in her heart, it’s clear—her story is only getting started.
