The Inspiring Manifestation Journey of Dr. Kunjam Pooja
Dr. Kunjam Pooja’s journey into the literary world began unexpectedly, while working in the nutritional department. “It started with sharing quotes on my social media,” she recalls. “Then one day, I saw an Instagram ad for Inspiring Jatin. That post changed my life.”
What began as a curiosity evolved into the fulfillment of a long-cherished dream — becoming an author. Her association with the International Council of Authors opened doors she had only imagined. Soon, she was on her way to becoming a best-selling author, an Author World Record holder, and a participant in events that connected her to like-minded achievers across the globe. One such milestone was attending the Super Human residential program at Radisson Blu, Karjat, where advanced techniques and meditations rekindled her confidence, dreams, and sense of purpose.
The Struggles Behind the Smile
While her achievements shine brightly today, the road was anything but smooth. Dr. Pooja’s personal life was heavily shaped by societal expectations and the rigid constraints of the patriarchal system.
She faced years of career stagnation, unable to pursue postgraduate studies, and often felt taken for granted. “People questioned my choices, offered unsolicited advice, and undermined my self-worth,” she shares. The lack of recognition in her role left her questioning her own identity.
The COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges. As a lactating mother, she was assigned repeated emergency duties with little regard for her well-being. “It was heartbreaking to see that others preparing for exams were given leniency, while I struggled to get even basic leave,” she says. Every Sunday on duty drained her further, until she finally spoke up.
The pressures mounted, chipping away at her mental health. Surrounded by self-centered attitudes and facing constant insults, she admits she reached a dark point where ending her life crossed her mind. But the thought of her infant son anchored her. “He was my reason to keep going,” she says softly.
Turning Point — The Power of Manifestation
In her lowest moments, Dr. Pooja turned to a tool she had encountered during her medical education — manifestation. By setting boundaries, reprogramming her mindset, and envisioning a better life, she began to reclaim her confidence. “Manifestation taught me that I could rewrite my reality,” she explains.
This mindset shift became the foundation for a remarkable comeback. She didn’t just heal — she soared. Today, Dr. Pooja is an Internationally recognized author, a recipient of the Nari Ratna Iconic Award 2025, and the Awardee at the 13th World Leaders' Summit, UK. Her record-breaking streak includes 15 World Records — 12 of them Guinness World Records in Yoga — along with accolades from the International Book of Records, Brooklyn International, Iconic Alphaas, Forbes India, and Mirage. She is also set to be a part of the International Vietnam Summit 2025.
A Vision Without Limits
For Dr. Pooja, dreams are boundless. Her daily manifestations encompass personal growth, health, family, financial stability, and service to humanity. She envisions contributing to society through her hospital, which is nearing completion, while also building financial security, publishing numerous books, and expanding her global network.
She is actively mastering new skills such as stock trading and AI, with plans to establish her own life coaching business. As a devoted mother, she is equally focused on nurturing her five-year-old son into a responsible, skillful citizen. “Everything I do now,” she says, For me, it was never just about personal ambitions—it was about creating a ripple of change. I wanted to work for the betterment of my son’s future while also uplifting the more vulnerable sections of society. By driving awareness and fostering empowerment, I found myself living my truest, best self—contributing not only to the world around me but also to my own growth and sense of fulfillment."
